A reshuffle in the administration of FIFA is expected to be discussed at length when its Executive Committee meets next week.
It is just one of a number of key defining issues on the agenda for the meeting, which is also likely to examine possible alterations to the running of future World Cup tournaments.
The meeting, taking place on September 23-24, will see the results of an investigation into various issues raised by this summer's tournament in South Korea and Japan.
