SourceOne will provide specialised human resource services that cover players, management, arena staff (including concessions), and other support services.
The first client to contract for SourceOne HR services includes a 12-team professional sports league, which will provide in excess of $10m in revenues to SourceOne over the next two seasons of play.
"We believe that professional sports teams and operations represent an important new opportunity for our services," said Mike Belletini, vice president of sales and marketing.
"We are currently in discussions with other professional leagues and franchises and expect to add a second professional league in the near future," he added.
