Octagon's chief executive officer Les Delano has stepped down - leaving a gaping hole at the head of one of sport marketing's biggest players.
His departure is just part of another major reorganisation of senior executives at the company.
Delano, who was appointed last year, did so on a one-year basis, and will be temporarily replaced by Interpublic Sports and Entertainment Group chairman and CEO Mark Dowley.
