India had been concerned about the ICC's demands that all 12 countries participating in the tournament sign contracts prohibiting their players from endorsing companies that are rivals to the competition's commercial sponsors.
India is the final country not to sign the ICC contracts - South Africa signed this week and Australia and England both agreed to abide by the ICC rules a couple of weeks ago.
India's participation is vital if the ICC wants to profit from the Champions Trophy because at least half of the money in world cricket comes from India.
