An emergency meeting will be held later today to clarify the future of Scottish racecourse Ayr.
The 600 members of the Western Meeting Club (WMC), which owns and runs the track, are being asked to vote on a £3.1million ($4.75m/EUR4.9m) bid from Stardham Racing.
