Managing director Henry Mackrell and international sales and marketing director Alec John McGivan have both resigned with immediate effect.
The Bagshot, Surrey-based company, which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market, said the company's current management team will now take up their existing responsibilities.
"Graham and Alec's expertise will not, however, be lost to InterClubNet, as they have both expressed a willingness to assist the company in handling specific projects in the future," the company said.
InterClubNet shares have lost 40 percent of their value in the last three months.
