A mail ballot is likely to take place, pending the outcome of today's meeting, with all USOC board members making their decision.
The successful candidate will replace Sandy Baldwin who had to step down earlier this year after admitting making false claims about her academic achievements.
The race to become the new president of the US Olympic Committee (USOC) is set to hot up today after all three candidates passed an ethics review.
