The two-day workshop is the result of an agreement between UEFA and the European Stadium Management Association to launch a joint partnership with the objective of ensuring proper security in stadiums and increasing spectator comfort at soccer venues.
Representatives from Europe's top soccer stadia will be present at the meeting in Nyon, Switzerland, discussing issues such as artificial turf, stadia renovation and security.
At the meeting, UEFA will present its expectations of stadium management as far as commercial aspects are concerned.
The European Stadium Management Association is a non-profit making organisation comprising of stadium managers from around the continent.
