According to USA Today, Reebok pays Iverson an estimated $10million (EUR10.04m) annually, but despite allegations that the Philadelphia 76ers star threatened two men with a weapon, Reebok are publicly backing him.
"It's Allen's celebrity status, not fact, that continues to fuel these proceedings," said spokesperson, Denise Kaigle.
"We firmly believe Allen will be vindicated and Reebok will be standing by him when he is."
Iverson, who was voted the NBA's most valuable player during the 2001 NBA finals, also has a deal with Sega Sports, paying an estimated $1million annually, USA Today reported.
"Sega stands by Iverson," a Sega spokesperson said.
Reebok is planning to stand by its brand leader Allen Iverson, the NBA star, who was issued with an arrest warrant for threatening behaviour by the Philadelphia district attorney last week.
