FIFA has allocated $30,000 (EUR31,709) for a giant screen to be erected in the Kabul National Stadium where delayed broadcasts of the big games will be beamed.
It is hoped between 10-20,000 people will turn out.
The people of war-torn Afghanistan will today be able to follow the World Cup after FIFA and its broadcast partner KirchSport awarded free TV rights to the country.
