The Games, which take place in Manchester, England, have opened more than 50 Ticketmaster outlets around the UK to sell the remaining premier seats for the event. Among the tickets still available include the rugby 7's, boxing and netball.
The move comes despite ticket sales being at record levels with the Commonwealth Games committee keen to push forward.
Niels de Vos, the Games' commercial director, said: "With just under 50 days to go, ticket sales have already doubled that of any other Commonwealth Games. Now as we move into this third stage of ticket sales, the opening of these box offices provide a further opportunity for the public to really get behind the Games and join in."
The Commonwealth Games has initiated a final push to sell the remaining allocation of tickets for the upcoming event.
