As part of the four-year deal, Ladbrokes will become Manchester United's official betting partner, providing betting facilities at Old Trafford and on the official Manchester United website, www.manutd.com.
The club will also co-operate with Ladbrokes on international maketing to secure global betting and gaming revenues which will be shared between both parties.
According to Ladbrokes, Manchester United generates more betting revenue than games involving any other football club in the world.
Ladbrokes' chief executive Chris Bell said: "As the biggest bookmaker in the world we are always looking for partners that share the breadth and scale of our international business. The enormous reach and power of the Manchester United brand is an ideal fit for us and will help us particularly in those parts of the world that offer great growth potential."
Coral Eurobet took over from Ladbrokes as the club's betting partner but decided not to renew its contract this time around.
