Seven candidates are expected to submit bids, and UEFA has now confirmed they will all be invited to make a brief presentation of their bid at a ceremony in June.
Dubbed the 'official handover', bid representatives will present at the House of European Football in Nyon on June 19.
Only two of the seven bids have been submitted by a single association. The other five are based on joint ventures involving two or four national associations.
Those bidding will be Austria/Switzerland; Bosnia-Herzegovina/Croatia; Greece/Turkey; Hungary; the Denmark/Finland/Norway/Sweden bid known as ‘Nordic 2008’; Russia; and Scotland/Republic of Ireland.
The ceremony will be conducted by UEFA chief executive Gerhard Aigner.
