Birse's 'Nextadia' is based on modular components and can be built for spectator capacities from 7,500 to 15,000. The system includes changing rooms, offices, retail units and executive boxes.

The overall design of Nextstadia, which complies with UEFA and FIFA recommendations, has been developed with architects Atherden Fuller Leng, who worked with Birse on the £30million ($43.5m/EUR47.5m) extension to Manchester United's Old Trafford.
