The hostile bid was rejected by the TEAMtalk management last week but ukbetting hopes that the document will now lead to "a recommended offer by the board of TEAMtalk".
Ukbetting's cash offer values TEAMtalk at £10.2million ($14.8m/EUR16.1m), and represents a 12.5 percent premium to the closing price of TEAMtalk's share price of 4p on May 10, 2002 - the last dealing day prior to the offer announcement on May 13.
TEAMtalk shares closed yesterday at 51/4p, up 1/2p on the day's trading.

The UK-based digital betting operator ukbetting plc has posted an offer document to the shareholders of troubled sports radio and internet operator TEAMtalk Media Group.
