The clothing deal, which will start on July 1, marks the club's second sponsorship agreement in just four days.
Commenting on the agreement, Daniel Levy, Chairman of Tottenham Hotspur said: "It was important to choose the right partner for the club and despite receiving several proposals we were very impressed by Kappa's offer.
"Kappa's design team has a proven track record of producing award-winning designs that also benefit from utilising new sports clothing technology."
Travel agent Thomson last week agreed to be the shirt sponsor for Spurs, but fans have already given the thumbs down to the deal because the team's new logo will be in red - the team colour of Tottenham's north London rival, Arsenal.
