Four of the airline's planes will be painted with the FA's crest as part of the £3 million ($4.3m/EUR4.9m) agreement.
The sponsorship deal with British Airways will also see the airline guarantee exclusive use of planes for the flights to and from the Far East for this summer's World Cup tournament. The partnership will begin with BA flying all of the 150-strong England team party plus FA officials to Dubai for a week-long training camp on 13 May.
Paul Barber, the FA's marketing director, comments: "Clearly, transporting the England team during the World Cup is vitally important and it's great news that we have British Airways on board to make this happen successfully."
The sponsorship deal with British Airways comes hot off the heels of a lucrative tie-up with fast food chain McDonalds.
The Football Association (FA) has boosted its sponsorship coffers further after signing a two-year deal with British Airways.
