A leading soccer official has called on FIFA to change the power held by the governing body's president.

South Korea soccer chief Chung Moon-joon, an outspoken opponent of current FIFA president Sepp Blatter, says he will raise the issue with FIFA colleagues.
He wants to see FIFA appoint an honorary president to represent the governing body, and a CEO-style general secretary to manage the day-to-day running.
