The vice-president of the African Football Confederation (CAF) has claimed he was offered $100,000 (EUR116,000) to vote for Sepp Blatter in the 1998 FIFA election campaign, according to media reports.

Farah Addo says he turned down the bribe, but that two of his Somali colleagues took the money.
