Boxing's big pay-day between Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis has taken another step closer after prosecutors in Las Vegas said Tyson would not be charged in two sexual assault cases.
The legal cases had looked set to cause promoters difficulty in getting the fight staged.
It clears the way for the fight which is looking increasingly likely to be staged in Washington DC in early June.
The Washington DC Boxing and Wrestling Commission are to meet on March 12 to decide whether to award Tyson a licence.
