After a nine month delay, gobarkingmad said today that a new management and production team appointed before Christmas are further developing the product and are currently in discussions to secure further rights to broadcast premium betting opportunities from around the world.
In an announcement to the London Stock Exchange, Gaming Insight said gobarkingmad idTV channel on Sky Digital 425 is undergoing stress testing and that an annoucement about a launch date will be made on completion of this testing.
"Gobarkingmad is entering the final stages of testing and its forthcoming launch will mark a milestone for the Group and will be the culmination of 12 months hard work and development to produce the world's first interactive betting channel," David Sanderson, chief executive of gobarkingmad, said.
Betting revenues at the company's interactive website www.racing-network.co.uk also continued to grow but Gaming Insight said it is continuing discussions with strategic funding partners.
