IMG signs Fulham deal

English Premier League soccer club Fulham has appointed IMG to market its team sponsorship, new venue naming rights and co-sponsorships.

Fulham has signed a deal with London neighbours QPR to groundshare next season while its Craven Cottage home is renovated and transformed into a 30,000 all-seater stadium.

Juliet Slot, sales and marketing director at Fulham said: "The club has a very clear understanding of where we feel we should be in the coming years and it is essential that we source the right type of commercial partners to help us achieve our objectives."

Jonathan Hill, head of IMG Football, Europe, added: "IMG Football has been keen for some time to develop a commercial relationship with a London-based Premiership side. Fulham's truly independent commercial status, combined with the dynamic vision of both the chairman and the coach Jean Tigana, makes the club an ideal client for IMG to partner in the increasingly complicated and competitive commercial world of football."
