Speedway operator Dover Downs Entertainment has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of $.045 per share.
The company has also announced that the results for the fourth quarter of 2001 will be released later than in previous quarters due to regulatory requirements concerning the proposed tax-free spin-off of the company's gaming business.
The company anticipates that the spin-off will be completed during the first quarter of 2002.
