Play-Sport New Media Ltd and Catapult.it! Ltd have been bought for up to 1.2 million new ordinary shares and are expected to generate a profit of at least £100,000 ($142,279/EUR162,048) for the period to May 31, the company said.
InterClubNet said it plans to expand PSNM's core product and service offerings overseas. PSNM currently supplies administration software, databases, websites, consultancy and support to the England & Wales Cricket Board.
Catapult provides sports and event marketing services to the government of Bahrain and The Brain Games Network PLC over the last 12 months.
PSNM managing director Justin Ricketts will remain as a director on completion, while chief operating officer James Walker will be appointed as a PSNM director.
