It will put an end to the agonising wait for a result for existing rights holder TEAM and rival bidders IMG/TWI.
A decision had been expected in December, but it was delayed as UEFA demanded more time to consider the bids.
It is widely expected TEAM will retain all or at least part of the contract. Failure to do so will almost certainly plunge TEAM into crisis.
IMG/TWI has remained tight-lipped throughout the process.
The meeting will also receive a status report on the Euro 2004 soccer tournament from hosts Portugal.
It is not known when the decision on the Champions League agency deal will be made during the two-day meeting.
