The Premier 1 racing series says it will kick off in 2003, despite being written-off by many in the sport.
The Formula One-style grand prix series with cars sporting the colours of European soccer’s top clubs says it will spend this year signing up more deals with football clubs.
The series was originally due to start in July of this year.
