The series - which delayed its scheduled launch of summer this year to 2003 - says everything is on target.
Said operations director Robin Webb: "We have taken some great strides in the development of this series in the past year and momentum will continue to build throughout 2002.
"We have some of the biggest clubs in football lined-up to take part in this championship and news of their involvment will raise even the most cynical of eyebrows."
The marketing personnel of the clubs involved in the series - which so far include Benfica, Leeds United, Anderlecht and Feyenoord - will discuss sponsorship marketing and the licensing programme.
