Having concluded that Total Sports Publishing is no longer commercially sustainable, reference titles such as Total Baseball, Total Hockey and Total Football, will be sold, as well as certain digital assets.
"We would prefer to sell all the company's assets to a single entity, with a hope that such an entity would continue the tradition of the Total Sports Publishing programme that began two decades ago," said publisher and CEO John Thorn.
Thorn conceded, however, that the assets could fetch a higher price if sold piecemeal.
