It will be shown on a website owned by Wisden - publishers of the legendary cricketing almanack - and will broadcast the same pictures and commentary as that being used by UK rights-holders Sky.
Wisden secured the rights after signing a deal with the Indian state TV company which bought the rights from the Indian cricket board.
Fans will be charged £10 ($14.50/EUR16.20) per game - or £50 ($72.25/EUR81.04) for access to all six one-day internationals the two teams will play this winter.
