Representatives from the two organisations will join the likes of FIFPro, Manchester United and Olympiakos at the event which takes place in Cannes from January 9-11.
Representatives from every aspect of the international game will take part in a series of conferences and workshops at the fifth annual soccer trade show and symposium.
Speakers include Michel Zen-Ruffinen, general secretary of the world governing body FIFA; UEFA director of professional football and marketing Lars-Christer Olsson; Thomas Kurth, general manager of the G-14 grouping of top clubs; Peter Kenyon, chief executive of Manchester United; and former ISL man Glen Kirton of FastTrack Soccer.
