As part of the deal, Connexus PreciSion, which is part of Connexus Group, will help the Premier League to exploit its sponsorship agreements.
"This is a fantastic appointment for us and a very far-sighted move by the Premier League" said Alastair Macdonald, director of Connexus PreciSion.
"While it is commonplace for sponsorship rights owners to have some measurement of sponsorship exposure in place, they don't always manage to extract the full value from their research."
Brian Phillpotts, director of commercial enterprises at the FA Premier League added: "This [deal] enhances the perception of sponsorship as a legitimate marketing activity, and helps give us and our clubs a competitive advantage in our own competitive field."
