SportsTicker, the US-based sports news and information supplier, has been contracted to serve the National Basketball Development League, the NBA's new minor league, as league statistician.
SportsTicker will compile league leaders, team statistics and other statistical information on a nightly basis and maintain a web site that league personnel and teams can use to retrieve statistics and other information.
SportsTicker will also provide end-of-quarter scores complete with high scorers, final boxscores, recaps on all NBDL games and updated standings to its clients including America Online, ESPN.com, SportsLine, Yahoo!, CNNSI.com and USAToday.com.
