Matthew Wheeler - managing director of sports marketing giants Octagon Worldwide - has quit.
His departure comes just days after Frank Lowe - founder and CEO - decided to step down and head up advertising agency Lowe Worldwide.
Wheeler will leave Octagon at the end of the year.
