For the period May 1, 2001 to October 31, 2001 profits increased to GBP169,000 (USD169,000/EUR242,000) on turnover of GBP753,000 (USD1.08m/EUR1.2m).
Said Premier Management managing director Barry Gold: "We are delighted with our interim results and to have acquired Andrew Mills' agency, which has bought with it Premiership players such as Ade Akinbiyi of Leicester City and Jamie Clapham of Ipswich. We believe that there are still opportunities for consolidation in the industry and we are actively looking at a number of prospects."
Among the new players signed to Premier Management are Adil Ramzi (Moroccan international at PSV in Holland), Craig Parry (England Under 16 goalkeeper at Barnsley) Samuel Kanu (England Under 16 international at Arsenal), Lyndon Duncan (England Under 18 international at QPR), Paul Konchesky (England Under 21 international) and John Robinson (Welsh international) both at Charlton, Damian Francis (Wimbledon) and Mehrdad Minavand (Iranian international at Sturm Graz).
