Rogge appoints de Kepper

De Kepper was previously director of the European Olympic Committee’s (EOC) liaison office with the European Union (EU). A lawyer by training, his experience in the sports world also includes service as an expert on the development of an EU sports policy for the European Commission and as assistant to the Legal Director of the Belgian Olympic Committee.
