The leagues agreed to pay the PFA £52.5m ($74.5m/B84.6m) over three years. There is also an agreement in place for the PFA to receive a share of future funding.
PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor refused to go into details on Friday, saying he would announce it to the membership at the annual meeting today.
One Sunday newspaper reported that there would be a 0.75 percent increase in pay to the PFA for every one percent addition to television revenues received by the leagues. Should the amount of television money diminish, then the PFA would receive 0.5 percent less income for every one percent drop.
There is also speculation that the deal could stretch for 10 years and be worth as much as £166m ($235.5m/B267.5m).
