British American Racing (BAR) has renewed a deal with Bridgestone tyres for use on its Formula 1 cars.

The extension to the existing three-year deal will take the deal ‘beyond’ 2002, although no details of the deal have been confirmed.

Ferrari, Sauber and Arrows all currently have tyre deals with Bridgestone in place.
