The initial public offering (IPO) on the New Zealand Stock Exchange’s New Capital Market, is expected to raise NZ$600,000 ($249,000/B282,000) with a further NZ$200,000 ($83,000/B94,000) being put in by directors.
Other board members include former Ernst and Young managing partner Richard Waddel, Simpson Grierson partner and former Casino Control Authority chairman Jock Irvine, and Len Ward, a former chief executive of the NZ Futures and Options Exchange.
The offer opens on November 23 and closes on December 7.
