The former FIFA linesman, made his first duty after being elected to pledge to clean up the game in Hungary, which has been tarnished by a number of scandals.
"The presidium's first goal is to solve the debt of the HFA and stop the fighting between HFA members," Bozoky said. In August, Hungarian soccer was plunged into disarray when the HFA dismissed its president and presidium after a report about apparent financial irregularities.
Soccer's world governing body FIFA had asked for an audit of the HFA after Hungarian Sports Minister Tamas Deutsch suspended president Attila Kovacs and the presidium earlier this year, saying the association was plagued by financial irregularities and abuse.
Deutsch reversed the suspension of the presidium but reinstated Kovacs only after FIFA threatened to ban Hungary from international matches.
