UPS LAUNCHES NASCAR SPONSORSHIP

UPS will launch its five-year agreement to become the official express delivery company of NASCAR at this Sunday's Daytona 500.

UPS's NASCAR partnership includes customer promotions, trade hospitality and NASCAR souvenir program and publication ads featuring a specially designed UPS package delivery car. During the forthcoming season, UPS will have on-site presence during races at Daytona International Speedway, California Speedway , Michigan Speedway , Superspeedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway.

UPS intends to develop a fully integrated national marketing programme featuring drivers, teams and tracks during the 2001 NASCAR season.
