The XFL, the new professional football league launched by World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. has appointed former Major League Soccer executive Billy Hicks as vice president of administration.
Hicks will oversee all day-to-day administrative operations of the XFL, which is scheduled to kickoff in February 2001.
