The two will operate as Quintus in over ten offices internationally.
RHB Ventures, which specialises in full-service event management and marketing including sales, public relations and marketing support, brings several entities to the merger; the Champions Tour, the Sanex WTA Tour Awards Show, National Historic Seaport of Baltimore, American Century Celebrity Golf Championship and EMC Skills Challenge. The Champions Tour, managed by RHB Ventures, is the worldwide tennis circuit featuring John McEnroe, Yannick Noah, Bjorn Borg and others.
The Group manages the Champions Tour?s Honda Challenge tennis tournament in the Royal Albert Hall as well as the Singapore and Hong Kong events, but also brings the production of children's cartoons, documentaries and films, Mirage signage, event management and the development and implementation of on-line businesses.
In advertising, Quintus holds the rights to Mirage, the three-dimensional signage painting system used in more than fifty major sporting events each year, including all the domestic six nations Rugby Union matches and all cricket Test matches in England and the West Indies. Quintus also has a substantial holding in SMF International, one of the largest outdoor advertising signage manufacturers in the United Kingdom.
Also merging with Quintus is Bailey Carr, which has created, managed and organized a variety of events, including conferences, corporate ski trips, venue finding and sponsorship for their clients. The former Managing Director of Bailey Carr, Patrick Carr will now serve as managing director of Quintus Events Ltd out of London.
