Glyn Williams, former general manager for New Zealand Totalisator Agency Board and international business advisor for Arena Online Services, was appointed commercial director as from Monday of last week.
Simon Davey, currently with GMTV, has been appointed finance director of attheraces and Teresa Walsh will assume responsibilities for all legal and company secretary duties when she joins attheraces this week.

Attheraces will give UK horseracing a cash injection of #400million ($556m/?634m) over the next ten years and will be launching an interactive website and television channel over the next nine months to allow punters to bet on races.
