The 50-acre complex surrounds Wembley stadium in north-west London. The company sold the stadium two years ago.
The complex includes Wembley Arena and Conference Centre, exhibition halls, car parking and a ticketing service. The stadium was originally built as the centrepiece for the 1925 British Empire Exhibition.
Wembley, which runs greyhound racing businesses and lottery terminals in the UK and the United States, said it was in the process of being transformed from a conglomerate into a focused gaming and track-based entertainment company.
The company also reported a seven percent rise in pre-tax profits to #16.2million ($23.35m/?25.62m) and said it was looking to the future with confidence.
Analysts expect that sale of the Wembley property could fetch between #50m ($72.06m/?79.07m) and #100m ($144.12m/?158.02m).
London stock market-listed entertainment company Wembley has said the sale of Wembley complex is progressing and a shortlist of bidders has been drawn up.
