A five-year plan being drawn up by RFU chief executive Francis Baron includes maximising use of London's Twickenham stadium by hosting sports other than rugby and holding some concerts, the Times claims.
The plans are part of an attempt to turn the RFU, which has lost #13million ($20.93 million) in the last three years, into a profit-making organisation, it added.
Baron was formerly head of First Choice holidays, switching to the RFU last October.
The plans for concerts are expected to face opposition from local residents, the paper said.
