The deal is worth more than £100,000 ($144,820/B161,224) and represents Guinness' first involvement with rugby league.
Dave Callaghan, the Rugby Football League's executive director of communications, said: "We believe that the reputation of these international fixtures has been further enhanced by the backing of Guinness which, in turn, is the world leader in its field.
"We hope that Guinness enjoys its first-ever association with our sport and hope that this could prove to be the start of a long relationship with our sport."
The three-match Test series gets under way on November 11 at the McAlpine Stadium in Huddersfield.
