The agreement will see 19 live NBDL games broadcast on the regional sports network which covers a seven-state area incorporating 8.4 million homes.
The NBDL is in its first season after taking over from the former Continental Basketball Association as the feeder league for the NBA. The league already has a three-year national TV agreement with ESPN encompassing 24 live games beginning in December and running through into the play-offs.
Fox Sports Net South's coverage of the NBDL will predominantly feature the seven league clubs which are located within the network's catchment area – Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Scheduling for the games will comprise of four ties on Sunday, 12 Saturday games and three weeknight matches, culminating on March 23 next year.
