Similar to the existing partnerships with the German clubs Borussia Dortmund, Hertha BSC Berlin and Hamburger SV, UFA Sports will assume the marketing rights of Galatasaray on-site in Istanbul.
Mehmet Cansun, the president of Galatasary said: “UFA Sports is a strong and reputable partner for us who will put us in a position to increase our marketing profits and invest continually in the substance of the team. We will thus be able to establish Galatasaray at European top level.”
Bernd Hoffmann, president of UFA Sports added: “Due to its tradition and international success, Galatasaray Istanbul is one of the top teams in Europe. Turkey is an important market of growth and above all an enthusiastic football nation. I am convinced that we will seize the opportunities we have to successfully market the club.”
