Former head of sport at UK national Sunday newspaper the News of the World, and sports editor of the Evening Standard newspaper in London, Simon Greenberg was most recently the high profile communciations and public affairs director of English Premier League club Chelsea.
He resigned the role in October 2009.
In November 2009, he joined the England 2018 World Cup bid team as chief of staff.
