Marc Erzberger is the Global Head of the Sports Business Practice at Egon Zehnder International with a focus on international senior executive roles in the Sports and Consumer Goods sectors.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Erzberger was a Senior Vice President with Partners Group, a leading alternative asset management firm based in Zug Switzerland. He was previously a Vice President with Quokka Sports, a digital sports media company, based in San Francisco, USA.
Erzberger started his career in the London office of The Boston Consulting Group, a leading global strategy consulting firm. At BCG he worked for blue-chip clients in FMCG, Retail and Luxury goods across Europe on a variety of strategy and operational topics.
Erzberger is a keen sportsman and competed in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games in the sailing event. He was born in Basel, Switzerland and grew up in Brazil and the UK. He is fluent in German, French, English and Portuguese.
